Upgrade Nightmare Continued

My second review for Cell C in two months. On the 8th of March I upgraded two of my contracts to the Samsung A31. I only received one device for one contract. For my other upgrade, after waiting until the end of March and phoning every second day, I was eventually told that the A31 was out of stock. I changed my upgrade to the Samsung A32. After waiting, I was told that the A32 was out of stock. I spoke to several agents and told them I want this sorted and I would accept even the A31 package - I just wanted a resolution. Cell C sent me an A31 in April but my package wasn't updated. I was told I had to wait for the A32 to eventually be dispatched so I could send it back, then my upgrade package would be updated. I did that and sent Cell C the IMEI number for the A31 I was sent. I was told by an agent the beginning of May that the deal was approved and my package would be updated soon. I have been messaging Cell C and keep getting told that someone would get back to me. My first reference number seems to have been closed as well. I phoned this morning and nothing can be picked up on this number. The consultant had to now escalate this. It is now going on 3 months that I have been struggling with this contract and again no resolution in sight. I don't even know what to do anymore.
