Upgrade Nightmare

I upgraded in May and am still waiting for my phone, I get the same run around story every time. I get that there is a stock shortage but can someone please keep a customer informed? I was told there would be stock in August. Pls can I have my phone? PS i logged 2 email queries to customer care, just got asked for details and no action/resolution to my query. If i never called you guys every few weeks i would STILL be left in the dark 3 months later. Not great customer service from Cell C.
