upgrade nightmare
<p>I just phoned the call centre again to follow up on my upgrade which I requested 3 weeks ago, from your side I have had NO communication to keep me updated on when I will receive my device. When I called now they say I have to wait another 2 - 3 maybe 4 weeks before I get my device. I have to keep phoning and following up with you when in fact it is your responsibility to do so. I have requested the Huawei P8 lite in white. I find the customer service disgusting and non existing and actually going to cancel my contract now as I cannot wait so long to get my new device. The same thing happened when I joined Cell C back in 2014, the same experience telling me they don’t have my device and had to wait until who ever knows. This is terrible from you that this is the second time this is happening to me.</p>

Manape Matjiu was in contact with me on Monday and said she would feedback on Tuesday to me, well tomorrow is Thursday 8 December and still no have not heard back from her. Next week is a month i am waiting for my upgrade.

I just want to thank Manape Matjiu for her amazing service. After telling me on Thursday that delivery date of my device will only be in a week to 2 weeks time I received my new device the very next morning. She was so helpful from the time I phoned to upgrade. She does such a great job and is so friendly. She made my experience with you a good one.
