Upgrade never processed

Good day,<br> <br> About a month ago I received a call from cell c direct to inform me that I can upgrade one of my contracts. I asked them to get back to me the next day because I needed to determine which contract would be suitable. They called me the next day.<br> <br> I decided on the iPhone 5c on a SmartChat 1gb deal. The price was R299. The phone would be delivered to my work. Later the same day I received another call to tell me that the phone wasn't available in the colour I wanted and also to inform me that the contract would only be R259 or R269 (can't remember).<br> <br> Well, more than a week passed and I heard nothing from cell c. When I called to follow up on the upgrade it had never been captured in the system.<br> <br> Last week when I tried to do the upgrade again the same deal on the 5c would work out to R549! (Same price as on the 6!)<br> <br> I tried again today and Cell C no longer has the 5c in stock. And it appears that it won't be stocked any time soon.<br> <br> Because of incompetence on Cell C's part I cannot get the deal that was available at the time I app**** for the upgrade. I want the deal I opted for initially.
