Upgrade mislead

I cannot begin to explain how irate i am. I had an upgrade that is due so i visited the cellc at West street Durban. I specifically asked the guy not to change anything but just offer me a tab with the same benefits i used to receive on my LGK10. He assured me 4 times that it's Ok he will just use the number and everything else is to remain the same. I told him that cellc has disappointed me prior and i would hate to have the repition of that because that wouldn't sit well with me.

I took the Huawei Tab. I asked the agent once again that is he sure the benefits were to remain the same and he boldly assured me.

I told him the number the Tab will be associated to belongs to my wife and she is not in a good state medically hence she should still receive her data, minutes and messages. She is forever in and out of hospital and it's very much important that she can contact me and clearly he didn't hear me ans just wanted the ****en damn sale.

Today when i switch on the tab i get notified that my wife is to only receive 500mb and that is about it! Like what the hell, after I've clearly specified how she is currently fighting for her health.

500mb!!!!what the **** cellc. I feel he mislead me just to close the slae and here i am with a Tab that gets only 500mb and nothing else as per our conversation that is most definitely not he said.

I'm beyond irate and i request that cellc fixes this or I'll gladly return the Tab and he can pay for it because i refuse to pay for this ****!! Why did he lie. He shouldn't have because done that what about my partner, how is she to make calls from one specialist to another with 500mb or worse keep in contact with everyone at this devastating time.

Can i have this matter resolved or cellc can go ahead and blacklist me i refuse to pay for this and the lies compiled to make me take this contract.

Like hell i will. They should hire people who hire Attentively and tell the truth.

I'm so flipping angry because he **** and made me take something he clearly **** about to get this ****en sale ****** Asshole.
