upgrade mess up

Thank you. All that I expect is the Hauwai P smart - 32 G deal for R199 to be on top up instead of open line. This is not an impossible task. Can cell c assist or not ? I would like to collect the phone today - so please advise .

Cell C guess client satisfaction is not important - you unable to do a deal for R49 less - really ?? you guys mess up but no acknowledgement - where is your client centric ability to provide customer service - please view my profile and history with Cell C -- are you ready to lose me ??

Good day. Please note that my complaint is not against Chris from Lucia Mall. He has been helpful and tried to assist and accommodate me. I am unhappy with the lack of customer service. Christine confirms that the deal can be done but then contacts me and advised that her manager is not willing to assist - so much for customer retention and loyalty. A word of caution and advice - do not create expectations that you cannot deliver. That being said - I have come to accept that the standard of service depends on the person who delivers the service - this matter is going around in circles so do not bother contacting me or passing the blame to Chris - if logging a complaint cannot even get service or some form of amicable resolution as staff keep sending me from pillar to post since no one is capable of making a decision as a means to retain a long standing client - why should I waste my time and money staying with Cell C.. Chris thank you for your service and for trying to redeem the situation. My opinion of Cell c has been tarnished but thanks to you I will consider staying with this network.
