Upgrade (last year) promised to start 15 March. No upgrade yet.
So I was promised that the upgrade, that was done in November 2018 would "kick in" on the 15th of March. Today is the 27th and nothing has "kicked in" I'm still on my old contract and there is no new data. What now? I was promised 15 March by both the cellc store AND the person replying to this complaint.

As previously advised, the benefits of this package includes, 1000 Wifi calling Any-net, 5GB day and 5GB night data. with an addition 10GB day and 10GB night data as part of the promotion. On the 15th you were loaded with pro-rata benefits and the full amount will be loaded on the 1st of the new month and every month thereafter for the duration of your contract term.
