Upgrade issue

have been with them for 7 years each time I upgrade 2years and this year they let me know its time for upgrade and we did everything, the contract picked a phone.

They did not have stock so ordered the phone and been 3 months now. Phoned yesterday to hear if they know when they will recieve stock. And they just canceled my upgrade.

Did not let me know nothing.

Why they canceled my upgrade is due to I have bad credit but 2 years ago I upgraded. Its not a new contrat and its not alot more money its like R50 more . I have been paying my cell c every month on time. They just cant say yes you can upgrade give a contract and just canceld it.

They said they will contact me but its been 3 days and they still have not contact me!!

I want an anwser by today if I can upgrade or not. Otherwise I will be canceling my contract by Cell C
