Upgrade issue

Thanks Cell C. I phoned in to do an upgrade on my account and they said yes i can upgrade. After telling them i want the Samsung S20 ultra. Now they need to do a check first. My current monthly payment is not small money and i am with Cell C for a long time and never had this issue, o and so buy the way i am still waiting for some one to phone me back. Almost a week later and still nothing.
