Upgrade is now downgrade

<p>I have two contracts with cell c. I waited from may this year to upgrade to get the iPhone 7 and now cell c won't upgrade my contract. I pay my bill every month without fail and never skipping a single payment and this is how they reward loyal customers because my account went up by R300. With cell c u can never get the phone u want. I now want to leave cell c and go to Vodacom with my two contracts. Waste of time </p>
