Upgrade is not happening
I went to cell c to upgrade 2 contracts I paid my account of 1300 rands then there was a problem with my contracts she said that she will sort it out every time I phone theres a excuse I am fed up with this i am going to cancell this s#%t she cant even phone back. Hope someone will help me I need a phone asap
