Upgrade incompetencies
I am so dissappointed in cell c and the way they deal with custoners and the way head office gives inaccurate information is unbelievable. I am due fir an upgrade , my contract ends 3 june. I go to east rand mall branch - just to be told there is a block on my account and they dont know when legal will sort it out. Firstly i only have one contract , its not my issue that your systems are not updated. There is a debit that goes off my account every month so i cant miss a payment according to what i am being told . its not my fault there a bunch if incomoetent people working for cell c. Can this be sorted - if not i will take a cobtract out at another, more compotent service provider.

19 May 2020, 15:56I have no idea why this query is taking so long - i just spoke to Thutukane who said there is absolutely no legal blockage on my account, he provided me with excellent service and assisted me with my upgrade. Why i was initially told that my profile is blocked and showing on legal by head office is beyond me. My contract has been going off every month with no hassles and any other previous amounts outstanding from the ****le i paid in full. I have been using Cell C for a number of years , and for them to tell me nonsense like i am on legal is unacceptable , for Cell C to take so long to sort this query out is unacceptable. I want proof that my name is clear please.
