Upgrade Horror

<p>I have been trying to speak to Cell C and I have explianed My Story more than 10 times.Your managers are always in meetings and when asked to go to complaints I get disconnected.</p> <p>I have called on the 02 November for my Upgrade offer.Was told it will take 3 to 7 workings days.</p> <p>I was called back the same day with a Pinacle Contract for extra R9 I took the deal.</p> <p>I have still today not recieved my Devise as firstly they said the j2 not in stock,Today i got told no S7 in stock.I mean really after I waited for 4 weeks,I would think that if a client has been with You for 6 years you would make sure that client gets what they want.</p> <p>I can not get trough to your retentions departments or Complaints.So you left me no choice than to try and get your attention via this site.</p> <p>The pinnacle Contract you also sold me is not allowing me to dail 086 numbers and when I tried to cancel that I was told wait foR January.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am really not happy with this Contract and would rather cancel if No one gets this sorted out Today.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
