upgrade gone wrong by cellc

cell c the service is pathetic so i took out a contract 2 weeks ago it was a Tuesday i called in and upgraded just as the agent was reading me terms and conditions the called got cut off...halfway through terms it got cut so Wednesday the cellphone was delivered to my address i put the cellphone on it was working however when im going to active the cellphone it is blocked i have been calling cell c every single day to cancel my contract and pick up there phone when i call them always outing me through different department and after a while it gets cut of I'm so ****ed of with cell c and there management...
