Upgrade gone wrong

Tried to upgrade contract.... was quoted higher than advertised price. Called back to fix same day. Unable to assist. Called back next day and cancelled the upgrade. Next working day they tried to deliver. Called back next day and I must redo cancellation again. Nobody wants to help just constant call transfers to another dept.<br> <br> I will not spend hours on the phone trying to fix Cell C mistakes<br> Instead going to not upgrade... cancel both my contracts and move to a supplier that can do it right.
