Upgrade frustrations

This is actually for Glocell, but they are blaming Cell C so, here I go:

1. On the 22nd of Feb 2018, I app**** for an upgrade to my contract. I asked for an iPhone 8plus silver 2. On the 1st of Mar 2018 my phone was delivered, but the courier (RAM) delivered a iPhone 8 gold 3. I phoned Glocell and they told me that it’s not their fault as Cell C handles the upgrades / deliveries. I asked the Agent if I could then go to a CellC store for a swop and they said that they are not sure 4. I then phoned a CellC store, but they informed me that they cannot assist 5. I then drove through to the Glocell Headoffice in Midrand and a gentleman (Jimmy – he gave me his number ********** ) has really been trying to help me. He took the phone and said that he will sort it out 6. On Friday 2nd Mar, I got a call from a lady (did not take her name), number ********** saying that my correct phone will be delivered Tuesday this week (but latest on Wednesday, 7th of Mar) as they first need to collect my incorrect one from Glocell on Mon, 5th of Mar 7. On Monday I called Jimmy, and he told me that the phone has been or will be collected and that he is pushing to get my new phone delivered on Tuesday but Wednesday 7th Mar latest 8. I have been phoning him the whole day and just keep been told about “processes”, “people being on lunch”, “nobody can give him concrete answers”, etc. I really feel sorry for Jimmy on the one hand as he’s trying to assist me, or it seems like it, but, I’m a paying customer that’s not getting what I asked for and paying for! I’m really frustrated at this stage, as nobody seems to be able to assist me.
