Upgrade frustration
After being a paying client from 2006, never missing one payment. I am no longer allegible for an upgrade! What a farce of a network, absolutely not interested in the client!

Unfortunately, if you are under debt review you will not be able to upgrade your contract.
The debt review process was court ordered a few years ago but we have been lenient. Subsequently, the courts have ruled to enforce the order that no credit can be passed until the debt process is completed.
