Upgrade downgrade

<p>Firstly i would like to say how dissapointed i am with cell c !! I have been a cell c customer for over 6years and have 2 contracts with cell c.my account has always been up to date.i spend easy over R1000 on my monthly bill and challenge cell c to find any defaults on my account!!</p> <p>I was sent an sms to upgrade and i was also inundated with calls from the cell c store in the mall of africa to upgrade.</p> <p>i leave work early on the 31/05/16 to go to the store to take advantage of the offer on the galaxy s7 with free vr headset which ends on the 01/06/2016 and then i am told my upgrade was declined because i was a "bad" customer!!surely these checks should of been done prior to hounding me to upgrade and making me come to the store and wasting my time and humiliating me in store with other customers there.</p> <p>I felt so disgusted with your staff for speaking to me like that.i feel that if cell c doesnt want my business and doesnt wish to upgrade me than you should just cancel my line***) as it is you, cell c who cannot upgrade me!!!</p> <p>And dont charge me a cancellation since yol will be getting rid of a "bad" customer.thanks.</p> <p>Your bad customer<br /> Clarissa singh</p>
