Upgrade Done Over Telephone After Previous Issues

I would just like to note that there are people within the company that made a different and go the extra mile. I am guilty myself for pointing fingers and also quick to post a complaint. But they have come through and they have assisted with a renewal to my contract and providing the handset that I wanted. Brand loyalty is definitely still strong with the network for the service and customer care, even if it sometimes difficult to find the right person to help, but patience pays off in the end and I will once again be an subscriber for the following two years knowing that I will receive great service as I have in the past 8 years.
