Upgrade done no feedback no stock

<p>I did an upgrade on the 22 June 2016. My contract expires in September 2016. And needless to say I have not received my phone as yet. I ordered a Iphone SE rose gold and still waiting. Its my third fourth upgrade since being with Cell C and every time I upgrade this is the same issue. Your agent Paula has not kept me in the loop of things from the time she has done the sale. I have been phoning and spending endless hours trying to find out what is happening, not even your staff know how to assist. Dispatch department have no clue when I will receive my phone. I was told 2-3 weeks. I am sure this way over that period. I am a long standing customer Cell C been loyal its time you pulled your side as well.</p>
