Upgrade Dispute

Due to an upgrade that was done *******ly on my account Cell C decided that I a Loyal Customer for year need to pay them for for this. Now if your staff was competent and information about my dispute was relayed to all the relevant departments this matter should not have taken this long to resolve. I have yet to hear any response with regards to the case of ***** that Cell C stated they would open and investigate,<br> <br> Now Moses Mo***eng from Cell C has been in contact due to the fact that i wrote about my issue on HelloPeter before that no one from Cell C has ever been in contact with me and it has been an up hill battle. Now i'm told i have to pay this money even through the upgrade was ******* and pay what whatever so called benefits that come with it. All i have to say is thank you Cell C for not only reining my life but also my credit record, i will never recommend Cell C not even to my worst enemy. I may not have big shot Lawyers but i do know my rights and they have been violated by Cell C.
