Upgrade disaster
<p>My wife and I took out 4 contracts may 2015. I received an sms that I am eligible to upgrade now. We went to cell c today...3 of the phones were able to be upgraded not the 4th even though all signed at the same time. However they said that we could only change the phones today not the plans until June. What kind of nonsense is that??? If you tell me I csn upgrade why do I get a different story in person. Currently now looking for a different cell provider like!!!</p>
