Upgrade department poor service

Cell c upgrade department is the worse st department ever, real wonder what happened to them bcoz its not my first time doing an upgrade but this time wow. App**** for an upgrade first week of January for a laptop was told there is stock, after a week with no communication nothing I called and was told there is no stock, changed the product I wanted waited another week, called again this morning now they telling me there is no stock again. I spoke to 9 consultants without getting any help. Want to cancel my contract was told it takes 24 hours but still it's not done. Am very unhappy with cell c with the treatment they gave me so now have decided to go to another service provider where I can get better assistance.
