Upgrade denial!!! Unhappy customer. Sort this out soonest!

So I received various calls to do an upgrade of 1 of my cell contracts, and I have a few. I selected a handset, even gave delivery details, but when I contacted them yesterday it was still being approved. This is now absolute bull****!!!!!!! A couple of months back I went to get an upgrade done, for another contract I have also with Cell C,I had no issues, now I am told this one is in vetting and approval, this after going through many phone calls confirming that the upgrade was done and approved! I don't care what needs to be done today.. I want my phone sorted, and Cell C need to ensure delivery of the chosen handset to me, being a Samsung A32. This better be resolved soonest, or else I am going to take matters further legally. You are willing to grant one contract, but not another, when I have been a client and still a current client of Cell, for many years. Sort your **** out CELL C and call me today to sort this matter out.
