Upgrade Delay by Cell C
My husband and I are both due for an upgrade on our mobile devices. We went to Centurion Mall on Saturday 11 Sep 2021, ordered the Samsung Galaxy A32 with the Galaxy Watch Active 2. We were told they will have stock, hopefully by Tuesday 14 Sep 2021. No feedback from them. I have been following up almost daily regarding our order and the answer "we haven't received stock". Poor customer service and false advertising. Why would the store accept our order if they do not have stock? Really disappointed with the service.
