Upgrade Declined
Cell C is declining my upgrade after I have a contract with them for more than eight years. None of my payments to them have been declined. Why do they refuse to upgrade. It is impossible to get through to their credit department to sort this out. What do they want me to do? Cancel the contract. If I cannot upgrade what use is this contract. This is a top up contract.
