Upgrade
I apply for a upgrade last week Wednesday they agent help me do the order and everything, but when I phoned them a week later to follow up on my delivery they said the order was never placed.I ask to speak to the manager they said he will call me back as his line was busy till now I still waiting for someone to call me.
