Upgrade Contract which is based on lies

My contract with cell c is based on lies,I have been promised that my device will come with a pouch since its a cell c brand I cannot get its pouch, to my surprise it came without it,again I told the consultant by the name of Tumi that I don't want to change my package, I would like to be on the same package where I was for the past 4 years,to my surprise when I left minutes,on the 1st they forfeit and only get new minutes, I called cell c on the 1st of October this month I was told that my contract was changed without my acknowledge, I'm not not happy with cell c at all,I'm having a phone that I must use for two years without a cover,because its a cell c brand I can't get a pouch even to their stores,Also I'm on a contract that I never wanted to be,I hope people will see how cell c treats its customers and run away from it,I think I must take them to court to account on all these lies they have mislead me to take this contract.
