Upgrade cancelled without informing me Bad Service
Previous complaint:<br> I called Cell c Direct and Upgrade my contract on the 19th November 2015 I have not heard a thing from anyone at cell c, to say why they have not delivered my handset as yet I have called in only to be told that they do not have stock of the handset.<br> <br> New Complaint:<br> I have not received my handset as I was on leave when they tried to deliver almost a month after I ordered,<br> I contacted cell C today only to find out that My upgrade was cancelled. I think Cell c has the worst customer service ever and as soon as my contracts expire i will cancel all 5 of them<br> <br> <br> <br> <br>
