Upgrade cancelation

I have ordered a cell phone online for an upgrade since the beginning of April which has not been delivered even today. I called to cancel the order on Monday the 10th and I was promised that it would be canceled within 24hr but it wasn't. I called again on the 12th and I was told it would be canceled within the next 30min but even today nothing has been done. I'm disappointed in their service I feel stupid because they promise to cancel every call I make. Now it's costing me time and money
