UPGRADE: CALL PHONE NO-***
Good Day
I refer to telephone conversations on the 9 October 2023 with customer service.
On the 2 Aug 23 around lunch time I was contacted by a representative of Cell C informing me that I can upgrade to a new phone. My current monthly cost is R338.99 and the new upgrade will be R392.56 per month. I agreed to the terms. He also said that I will receive an additional phone as part of the upgrade with no extra cost. The additional phone will be on prepaid system.
On the 28 Sept I received the monthly reminder of R338.99 but also and additional R 785.11. I contacted Cell C and the lady confirmed that I now have two accounts. I never agreed on a second account, but I agreed on an upgrade as indicated. I received the two phones for the upgrade, but even if I agreed on a second account, I never received any cell phones additionally for the second account.
I need the voice recordings to be send to Cell C shop in N1 City Cape Town for my review and I need Cell C to rectify my account immediately and before the next month stop order on the 30 Oct 23.
The worse part for me is during my calls this morning, I was transfer from one department to the following. Every time I asked to speak to the manager/ supervisor I needed to explain my problem all over and was never put through to any senior.
At last I was given an email address to send an email. I did send the email, but till know, I had no proof that the email was received or anyone red the email.
How do I solve my problem?
Regards
Pieter Viljoen
I still have two accounts.
This is a total disgrace, therefore I will now forward this unresolved issue to ICASA.
