Upgrade

I complete my upgrade with you guys on Tue, 15 Sep 2020, received my device the following day on the 16th, a Huawei Y7p. Upon realizing that the Huawei devices do not support Google Play Services I asked to return the phone. The phone was collected yesterday by RAM and this morning the Cell C repair centre sent me an sms tat the device was received and, assessed and approved as an OBF. CCD ref number 386660. I would now like to order a replacement. Can someone please call me back to assist with this.
