Upgrade but not all the items received

Hi, I upgraded to the new S23 as there was a promotion which included:

A tablet R500 off any case

I received the phone but no communication has been received regarding the tablet and the voucher. Please update me urgently

Alternatively  Open the Samsung Members app, which is pre-installed on your new phone, and go to the benefits section. Complete the online claim form, upload your proof of purchase and provide all other required information.
