Upgrade being declined
I need to upgrade my phone. Nobody seems to be able to give me a straight answer. I have been trying for 2 weeks and a constant back and forth. I can't seems to understand how I can be declined and my account is paid up to date.

Would Cell C rather want another bad review at the rate they going and to loose another loyal customer because of service? What extent would me to go to in order to get this resolved?
