Upgrade Bad service Sim not activated for a month! ☹️

Good day

I had an upgrade early this with Agent called Chadwin Swartz. I've received a package of a phone+sim and the Router+sim on the first week of June but till today the simcard of a router Huawei E5576 Sim *** is still not activated. I'm not happy with the service this time. And month end I have to pay for services that I didn't even use☹️.
