Good day. I have done an upgrade on Monday. Still to this point no one phoned me to say when my phone will be delivered. 5 days?????????????

18 May 2020, 11:29I have manage to get hold of your follow up service after days, today is day 6 after doing the upgrade, now they telling me that the phone has not even been released from the warehouse fro delivery, and you promote 3 to 7 working days?????????????????????????
