UPGRADE
I did an upgrade to a Samsung A73 I think 3 weeks ago and till today I have not yet received my device. I was adviced that it will be delivered in 7 days but guess what, It has been 3 weeks or so. My upgrade number is ***. My ID number is ***3****3

12 Jul 2022, 12:45Funny enough is that I called in last week to do device change and the Consultant advised me that I cannot do a device change hence my device has been dispatched to me and should receive it in a weeks time. So now what is the way forward because I need a device ASAP.
