UPGRADE

I upgraded my account when the old expired and was given a new card with a HUAWEI WIFI UNIT plus a new sim card.<br> <br> I was told to phone in to have to loaded accordingly and this I did. I was then promised that on the very at 8pm, someone would call to confirm that all was in order. The following morning I called again and was given a reference number which later I was told was incorrect. I wrote emails to no avail. I called again and was promised that a query was logged.
