UPGRADE

I was phoned on 25 August regarding an upgrade to a cellphone contract, The gentleman I dealt with was very efficient and advised that as the phone I wanted was out of stock it would be delivered by 4th September. As of now I have just spend 35 minutes on the phone and been transferred to 5 different people, each time having to tell the story all over again and go through security check. No one at Cell C seems to take pride in their job and are willing to go the extra mile. I have asked for an e-mail to be sent to me by 4.00pm today confirming as to when the phone will be delivered.
