Upgrade

Two weeks ago i went to do a sim swap due to my phone been ****** , i went to cell c and they told me i can upgrade on the 01/02/18 , i went back on the 01/02/18 they told me sorry i have to wait 3 months!! , Monday i receive a call from customer care who states i can upgrade, we confirmed all the details, what phone i want and delivery address , the lady i spoke to said i will receive sms stating that i upgraded , tuesday no sms received i called c cell they told me that sorry theres nothing about an upgrade on their system , they will find out and get back to me before close of business , till now nothing , i called them again and explained again what happened they said they will transfer me to a manager and then put the phone down in my ear , I've been with cell c for 16 years since they started , i want my contract cancelled because this is how they badly they treat clients . NOT HAPPY AT ALL!!!
