Upgrade
Your service is terrible. I was at your clearwater store today after receiving an sms to advise I'm due for an upgrade just to be told 3 debits orders needs to 1st go off yet your **** company doesn't complain when the money is been paid in by eft every month yet now I can't do an upgrade. Thinking of moving my contracts somewhere else. I refuse to wait for 3 months

16 Oct 2017, 20:32Still my query is not resolved after speaking to nomvula who advised the upgrade can be done making me go into the store once again and the store couldn't help. She didn't even have the decency to make comments on the account. When I called the call centre not the manager nor the team leaders was avaliable to speak to eventually after holdinv on for more then 10min i spoke to devan who outright said there is nothing he can do.. he did not even bother to escalate the matter and call me . This is the worst service provider I have come across and I will make this known. If feedback is not received and the matter Is not resolved by 8:30 tomorrow morning I will escalate the matter further. Cell C has wasted my time and petrol money to drive up and down.
