UPGRADE
Every 2 years we struggle when we are due for an upgrade. Yesterday 2017-09-01 my fiance phoned in to upgrade our contract everything was done we even gave the OTP number to the agent she then said we will receive an sms confirming the upgrade. Late yesterday afternoon I send a message to cell c on Facebook that we haven't received the confirmation sms what is going on. This morning a lady phoned stating that she cannot pick up the upgrade on the system after my fiance spend over an hour in the phone to do the upgrade she insured me someone from that department will give my fiance a call before 13:00 it is now 13:16 and no one phoned. This is pathetic to say the least We are really reconsidering the upgrade with CEL C!!!
WORSE SERVICE ONCE AGAIN
