Upgrade

My 2 year data contract with Cell C has been expired for a couple of years already. But I'm still quite happy with my 2 gigs per month as I mostly use my data for checking my emails and facebook of course. About two weeks ago I received a phone call from Cell C to get an upgrade. I wasn't interested in the beginning but the lady eventually convinced me to get a tablet plus 2 gig data for an additional R70.00 per month, which I thought was a great package. She told that I should have the tablet by the following Wednesday (Cell C will deliver the tablet to my house). Wednesday came, no tablet. I phoned Cell C twice after that day. My second phone call to Cell C, customer care told me that the application was uncompleted and that I will receive a sms later the same day, which of course never happened. Normally Cell C deducts R149 at the end of the month and I receive 2 gigs data the first of every month. Well this month I only received 500 mb!!! Cell C just lost another loyal customer!!!
