Upgrade

I am due for a handset upgrade on my contract now, so I have been visiting Cell C stores to try get the process done painlessly.<br> <br> Trouble is, Cell C don't seem to stick to certain specs - e.g. The Nokia Lumia 930 ships with a wireless charger according to its product page online, however Cell C say this is not the case.<br> Guys, I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years - surely you can make a plan to include a wireless charger if I upgrade to a Lumia 930 (and not work the cost into my already high contract fee).<br> Also not cool the way you upped the Straight Up packages mid-contract. Way to dent customer confidence in your brand.<br> <br> Based on the above, I'm going to be switching to another provider who can deliver better than Cell C, and one which offers LTE (seriously guys, your lack of LTE is ridiculous), unless you can pull something stupendous out of the bag.
