Upgrade

I was due for an upgrade with cell c, when they called the main idea was for an upgrade. The guy convicted me that he is gonna open a new line instead and the current line was going to be discontinued. After about 15 days i received a call from cell c, that is when i discovered that i now have 2 active lines. I tried to discuss the Matter with cell c, the only statement they could say was sorry, they will close the accountbut they have to charge me. I ended up paying R692.00 instead of 250. Im really disappointed with cell c. Maybe they have enough customers hence they care less.
