Updating of my bank details

I don't know what is going on at cell c, after the first complain they resolved one issue, which was refunding me the charges for unpaid account. Then issue of sending my name to credit score and saying I have missed payments still continues. I have been paying my account and sending them proof of payment, but still they don't update my profile, that I have paid them. I asked so many times for them to update my bank details and they told me it was updated 😒 so clearly they haven't done their job perfectly well. I don't recommend cell c anymore and I can't wait to part ways with them and get better service from other network providers.
