Updated statement of account!!!!

I have paid my cellc account in full via MBD debt collectors but cell c still says im owing them. how often does cellc update their records because I finished paying in February but we are in May now still no updated statem,ent of account. MBD sent my paid up letter but my cellc still says Im owing them and they have not sent me my latest cellc statement of account this month.
