UPDATE PROFILE

Good day

Please assist with sorting out my Cell C contract profile with your legal department.

I attempted to apply for a contract phone over the phone with one of your sales agents however we were unable to proceed with the application because your legal department needs to update my profile, I was put through to customer care but the lady in your department advised that the legal department does not have a direct line or extension where I could be transferred or call to fix this issue. So can I get someone to assist with the amendment of my profile from the legal department.
