Update my record!

I had a cell c wifi contract which came to an end in February and was then changed to prepaid . The account was settled hence when im doing my credit checks it states im in arrears with R241 for the past 3 months. Ive called your *********** legal department agents numerous times for this to be clear up , the only response they good at providing is “ our systems are off line, we will call you back”. For the last time, updated my record!!!!!!!!!
