Update ITC information

Cell C frustrates me. They still haven't updated ITC information. This is after I sent them my paid up letter and proofs of payment of my debt. Their social media manager is useless as well last week she called me and asked for the paid up letter and proof of payment and she hasn't updated me on the progress of her investigation of the matter. I'm sick and tired of this situation. I have been sending Cell C paid up letters and proofs of payment since last year. They suck.
